It has certainly been an interesting year for me at Adair Associates. Although I have known the company for many years and been involved, to a lesser extent, in some of the day to day running of the company, it has been exciting to spend more time in the office, meeting the staff and seeing how they do what they do.
My QS background has helped me gain the confidence to take Adair Associates reputation and ability with me to a number of networking events. I have made many new contacts for Adair, have renewed contacts too and the New Year is set to bring even more. My efforts have been rewarded with a couple of new commissions.
One of my tasks this year was to implement some Adair Associates’ networking events. We held a couple of small events at which we welcomed some new contacts and we are hoping to introduce a larger networking event in London in 2012.

Looking ahead, I am just about to install a CRM system. I am a bit daunted and would appreciate comments or suggestions from anyone else who has done this recently.
